The test of occlusal patterns and chewing force of the patient whom received mini dental implant retained mandibular over denture at different time by T scan and study of affectation the quality of life after treatment.
- Conditions
- Thai not limit age are interested for mini-implant placement to retained mandibular overdenture. But full mouth complete denture must be good condition and have balanced occlusion. There have the change of the occlusion after mini-implant placement immediately loading and during time of use in case of mini-implant retained mandibular overdenture.

The title of research that concentrate at mandibular overdenture. Because of about the occlusal concepts when making implant-supported and implant-retained mandibular overdentures. The dentate or edentulous condition of the maxilla plays a significant role in this respect. If the maxilla is edentulous, balanced occlusion is indicated. It is stressed that detailed preimplant placement diagnosis and treatment planning are essential to obtain a high standard of treatment with overdenture supported and retained by implants31.
