1.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) level 1 to 2 subjects who receive scaling treatment at Seoul National University Medical Center
2. Adults aged 20 years and under 60 years
3. Patients who have been briefed and agreed in writing
1. Subject to American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) Level 3 or 4
2. Subjects under the age of 20
3. In case of cardiovascular or respiratory history;
4. Subjects with substrate diseases of the brain, such as cerebrovascular diseases and brain tumors
5. In case of mental illness such as mental retardation and autism
6. Subjects who are difficult or expected to maintain prayers
7. Pregnant woman
8. Subjects who disagreed with the study

Name Time Method The vital signs( blood pressure, pulse rate, carbon dioxide pressure, and pulse oxides, etc) of a patient during the implementation of sedation;Patient's state of consciousness and EEG during the implementation of sedation;Patient's reaction during the implementation of sedation;Evaluate the patient's recovery and satisfaction after the sedation is implemented;Total sedative implementation time, the number of times the patient pressed the demand button, and the amount of medication injected
