入选标准
- •1 All consecutive patients above 18 years of age with GI perfo-ration, who present to the emergency surgical team with generalized peritonitis, diag-nosed based on clinical exam-ination and adjunct investiga-tions and planned for emer-gency laparotomy after vol-ume resuscitation.
排除标准
- •1Patients on ventilator or vaso-pressor support preoperatively
- •2Polytrauma patients with ab-dominal injuries.
- •3Patients presenting with perfo-ration peritonitis and associated with malignant perforation, gut gangrene etc.
