Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA class I and II
- •Undergoing elective lumbar fixation surgeries in 2 levels or at least 6 screws
Exclusion Criteria
- •Renal, hepatic or Cardiac insufficiencies
- •Alcohol or drug abuse
- •Psychiatric disease
- •Allergy to any of the study drugs
