Inclusion Criteria
- •all term elective Lscs , singleton pregnancies
Exclusion Criteria
- •age less than 18yrs and more than 35yrs
- •maternal diseases like diabetes, hypertension,cardiac diseases,thyroid diseases either chronic or pregnancy complicated
- •multiple gestations
- •active maternal or foetal infection
- •non sound postoperative history of previous section as post partum haemorrhage,history of ruptured uterus,ectopic pregnancy or myomectomy and complicated pregnancy as placenta previa or accreta
- •emergency Lscs
- •preterm Lscs
