结局指标
主要结局
To evaluate the effect of intravenous magnesium sulphate on succinylcholine - induced fasciculations and postoperative myalgia in patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia.
时间窗: The incidence and severity of succinylcholine induced fasiculations will be observed soon after its administeration and postoperative myalgia will be determined at 0 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour, and 48 hour.
