入选标准
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA PS) 1-3
- •20 to 70 years
- •Patients undergoing general anesthesia undergoing thyroidectomy
- •Patients without preoperative vocal cord anomalies
- •Patients with a tumor size less than 2 cm
排除标准
- •Patients with anticipated difficult tracheal intubation (Mallampati class = 3)
- •Patients with respiratory disease
- •Patients with sore throat, neck pain, and dysphagia
- •Obesity (BMI> 30 kg / m 2)
- •Previous Oral and Pharyngeal Surgery Patient
- •Patients with Rarecurrent Laryngeal Nerve
