Inclusion Criteria
Newly diagnosed patients showing clinical or radiological evidence of tuberculous spinal involvement/Potts spine.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients already on anti-tubercular regimen for more than 1-2 weeks.
2.Patient is a relapsed case of tuberculosis.
3.Patient not willing for treatment/investigation.

Name Time Method to analyze the role of PET CT scan in Potts spine as related to quantification of disease load, disease multicentricity, as an adjunct in diagnosis and in evaluation of response to treatmentTimepoint: at 2 month, <br/ ><br>6month and 1 year of follow up
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Radiological analysis pertaining to kyphosis, fracture, abscess, instability. <br/ ><br>2.Correlation of radiological/PET scan and HPE/CBNAAT examination in management of patient with Potts spine. <br/ ><br>3.To compare the relation between severity of clinical features and extent of tuberculosis as assessed by averaged 18F-FDG maximum standardized uptake value [SUVmax] scan at 0, 2, 6 and 12 months. <br/ ><br>4.Clinical analysis of therapy response (JOA/ASIA/modified BI) <br/ ><br>Timepoint: one year recruitment and one year follow up
