Outcomes between Anterior and posterior approach on pediatric supracondylar fracture: Randomized controlled trial
- Conditions
- Outcomes between anterior and posterior approach for pediatric supracondylar fracture for Gartland classification type IIISupracondylar fracture, Flynn criteria , Gartland classification , Baumann angle
- Registration Number
- TCTR20240328006
- Lead Sponsor
- Buddhachinaraj Hospital
- Brief Summary
Anterior approach could provide superior outcome over posterior approach in short to midterm, with less blood loss, operative time and length of hospital stay. However, both approaches could transfer adequate reduction of fracture and union.
