Inclusion Criteria
Patients with head injury warranting admission in Neurosurgery Department
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients directly discharged from ER due to minor injuries.
2) Patients admitted under other departments due more severe chest /abdominal injuries or fractures with associated minor head injuries.
3) Patient who died in the ER.
