Inclusion Criteria
Patients of age group 20 to 60 years old irrespective of socioeconomic status,marital status and religion
Post operative patients of planned Inguniscrotal surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
1 Hernia
2 Hydrocele
3 Scrotal abscess
4 Varicocele
Exclusion Criteria
hiv, malignancy, tuberculosis, fourniers gangrene
