1.Patients of age between 40 years to 70 years who are diagnosed case of benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
2.Patients having International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) [9] of mild to moderate score (IPSS <19).
3.Patients having post voiding residue of more than 200 ml.[9]
4.Patient Having PSA lower than 4.0 ng/mL[9]
5.Prostate Weight less than 60 gm.
6.Patients and/or his signatory guardian/responsible person had understood the Consent in his own language and willing to follow the suggestion through the assessment period. (i.e. follow up intervals, medicine dose and suggested investigation and examination
1.Diagnosed case of bladder & prostate cancer.
2.Any prior surgery which could induce dysuria.
3.Patients having urinary flow less than 5ml/sec.
4.Patient having acute urinary tract infection
5.Urethral Stricture.
