Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged \>20 years \& \<80 years undergoing abdominal surgeries.
  • •Consenting patients.
  • •BMI between 20 to 30\.
  • •Incision length greater than 14cms.
  • •No abdominal adhesions.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patients aged \<20 years \& \>80 years
  • •2\) Intra Abdominal infections or adhesions.
  • •3\)No previous abdominal surgeries.
  • •4\)Patients with sepsis.
  • •5\) Patients with coagulopathy.
  • •6\) Patient refusal.
