Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged \>20 years \& \<80 years undergoing abdominal surgeries.
- •Consenting patients.
- •BMI between 20 to 30\.
- •Incision length greater than 14cms.
- •No abdominal adhesions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients aged \<20 years \& \>80 years
- •2\) Intra Abdominal infections or adhesions.
- •3\)No previous abdominal surgeries.
- •4\)Patients with sepsis.
- •5\) Patients with coagulopathy.
- •6\) Patient refusal.
