Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged >20 years & <80 years undergoing abdominal surgeries.
- •Consenting patients.
- •BMI between 20 to 30.
- •Incision length greater than 14cms.
- •No abdominal adhesions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients aged <20 years & >80 years
- •2) Intra Abdominal infections or adhesions.
- •3)No previous abdominal surgeries.
- •4)Patients with sepsis.
- •5) Patients with coagulopathy.
- •6) Patient refusal.
