- •1. Patients/Relatives of the patients (when the patient is not in a position to give consent or not oriented to time, place or person) who give informed consent for participation in the study.
- •2. Treatment-naive patients
- •3. Symptomatic necrotic pancreatic collections deemed suitable for percutaneous drainage by the treating clinician
- •4. Availability of a safe bowel-free approach
排除标准
- •1. Previous drainage or surgery for confirmed or suspected infected necrosis
- •2. Pancreatitis caused by abdominal surgery or endoscopy
- •3. Acute Pancreatic Fluid Collections and Pseudocysts
- •4. Coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia
- •5. Not willing to participate in the study
- •6. Underlying malignancy
