Inclusion Criteria
- Peripheral solitary or multiple pulmonary nodules with a diameter <= 10 mm and located >1.5 cm from the lung edge;<br>2. CT scan indicates ground-glass nodules or part-solid nodules;<br>3. The patient has a family history of lung cancer or resides in an area with a high incidence of lung cancer;<br>4. Aged 18 years or over, willing to participate in the study, and has provided informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with diseases that may increase the risk of the procedure, such as pleural effusion, severe emphysema, or pulmonary bullae;<br>2. Patients who experienced sepsis or recurrent pulmonary infections within 30 days before the surgery;<br>3. Patients who have recently received chest radiotherapy or underwent thoracic surgery with severe surgical trauma;<br>4. Patients with severe coagulation disorders or contraindications to surgery, including severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal diseases.
