Inclusion Criteria
• Patients aged >20 years & <80 years undergoing abdominal surgeries.
• Consenting patients.
• BMI between 20 to 30.
• Incision length greater than 14cms.
• No abdominal adhesions.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients aged <20 years & >80 years
2) Intra Abdominal infections or adhesions.
3)No previous abdominal surgeries.
4)Patients with sepsis.
5) Patients with coagulopathy.
6) Patient refusal.
