Inclusion Criteria

1. Age group 15 - 50 years

2. Patients with low-grade fever (below 100.4 F)

3. Patient without other systemic illness

4. Fever without complications

5. Without any other medication.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Age below 15 years and above 50 years

2. Patients with moderate, high, and hyperpyrexia (above 100.4 F)

3. Patient with other systemic illness

4. Fever with complications like marked dehydration, febrile seizures, delirium, organ damage, respiratory distress, blood clotting disorders etc.

5. With any other medications
