- •Patients with age 18 years or more with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and ability to undergo echocardiography
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pulmonary embolism
- •Pneumothorax
- •Renal Dysfunction
- •Acute coronary event
- •Valvular Heart Disease
- •Hepatic Dysfunction
- •Known case of Dilated Cardiomyopathy
