Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of ASA3 of either sex, aged between 40\-70 years, scheduled to undergo on pump assisted beating heart coronary artery bypass graft surgery for isolated ischemic heart disease with triple vessel disease with ejection fraction \>40%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Refusal by participant
- •2 Contraindication of Trans\-esophageal echocardiography probe insertion
- •3 Right ventricular dysfunction
- •4 Cardiac arrhythmias or conduction defect
- •5 Redo cardiac surgeries
- •6 Pregnancy
- •7 Cardiomyopathies
- •8 Pericardial effusion
- •9 Regional wall motion abnormality of basal left ventricle segments
