Inclusion Criteria
All children <2 years undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Cases of anticipated difficult airway, having congenital malformations, symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux or reactive airway disease, ASA >3, prematurity or history of neonatal icu admission were excluded.
