Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with ASA class I and class II.
2.Patients willing to participate in the study with informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Systemic hypertension
2. Morbid obesity(Body Mass Index > 30)
3. Coronary artery disease
4. H/o cerebrovascular accidents
5. Valvular heart diseases
6. If rapid sequence induction is required
