Inclusion Criteria
• Patients with suspected lung cancer that were referred to our clinic for further in-hospital diagnostic procedures
• Written informed consent
• Age 18-90 years
Exclusion Criteria
• Previously established continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or non-invasive ventilation (NIV)-Therapy
• Previously established long term oxygen therapy (LTOT)
• Evidence of a severely impaired left-ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF <40%)
• Evidence of a severely impaired renal function (GFR <30ml/min)
• Evidence of prior stroke or severe mental health dysfunction
• Inability to tolerate sleep monitoring
