Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? 19\~75 year of age
- •? 1cm or larger polyp in size; more than 3 polyps; invasive colorectal cancer
- •? Patients agreed to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Patients taking aspiin, anticoagulants, or antiplatelet agents
- •? Patients with blood clotting disorder
- •? Patients with thrombocytopenia
- •? The number of polyp is less than 2 and the size of polyp is smaller than 1cm (except small multiple hyperplastic polyps in recum and sigmoid colon)
- •? Patients with a history of total or partial colectomy
- •? Patients already participated in another clinical trial
- •? Inappropriate case, according to the judgment of the practitioner
