入选标准
- •1. Patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive and their blood pressure ââ?°Â¤ 159/99.
- •2. Mandibular molars with an endodontic pulpal diagnosis of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
- •3. Patients who had not taken any analgesics the day before and the day of the root canal procedure.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who refuse to give informed consent.
- •2. Teeth other than mandibular molars (incisors, canines, premolars).
- •3. Teeth with any resorptions, anatomy anomalies or perforations.
- •4. Patients taking pain medication for other systemic conditions.
- •5. Allergic to local anesthetics or any other drugs.
- •6. Conditions that influence the pain scores, and with presence of periapical radiolucency, swelling, and sinus tract.
- •7. Teeth with vertical fractures and periodontally compromised teeth.
- •Non-restorable teeth.
