Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive and their blood pressure ââ?°Â¤ 159/99\.
- •2\. Mandibular molars with an endodontic pulpal diagnosis of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
- •3\. Patients who had not taken any analgesics the day before and the day of the root canal procedure.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who refuse to give informed consent.
- •2\. Teeth other than mandibular molars (incisors, canines, premolars).
- •3\. Teeth with any resorptions, anatomy anomalies or perforations.
- •4\. Patients taking pain medication for other systemic conditions.
- •5\. Allergic to local anesthetics or any other drugs.
- •6\. Conditions that influence the pain scores, and with presence of periapical radiolucency, swelling, and sinus tract.
- •7\. Teeth with vertical fractures and periodontally compromised teeth.
- •Non\-restorable teeth.
