Inclusion Criteria

Three groups will be studied:
30 patients with epilepsy only (ICD-10: G40.X)
18 patients with dissociative seizures only (F44.5)
30 healthy controls
Additional inclusion criteria:
- Age 18-80 years
- Sufficient knowledge of German
- Ability to answer questionnaires and psychological tests on a PC
- Confirmed diagnosis
- Informed oral and written consent

Exclusion Criteria

-Intelligence impairment
-(Comorbid) relevant neurological disorder
-(Comorbid) relevant psychiatric disorder in epilepsy
-Primary psychiatric disorder in dissociative seizures
-Current psychotherapy (> 5 sessions).
