Inclusion Criteria

Closed fracture pertrochanteric or neck of femur following surgical treatment
- Age equal or more than sixty five years old

Exclusion Criteria

- Multiple injury or multiple fracture
- Previous Indwelling catheterization
- Open fracture
- Hemodynamic unstable
- ESRD patient (no urination)
- Oliguria
- Previous pelvic radiation
- Neurogenic bladder
