Healthy
Older than 18 years of age
Written Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Medical history associated with immunodeficicency, cardiovascular events or cardiac rhythm disorders or chronic diseases. Chronic use of immunosuppressives or NSAID's, acute illness within 2 weeks prior to start of the study. Substance abuse defined as drug use within the last 12 hours or blood alcohol percentage above 0.05
