Craniovertebral angle [CVA <49°, if one perceives that the neck is curved shoulder pain (NRS >3)]
Shoulder angle (SA <52°) with photogrammetry.
Both Male and female subjects are included.
History of injury or surgery, shoulder and neck pain secondary to other conditions (e.g. neoplasm, neurological diseases or vascular diseases), a neurological deficit, infection or inflammatory arthritis, received physiotherapy within the last 6 months and poor general health status that would interfere with the exercises.
