1. Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for depression;
2. Aged 18-50, gender-neutral;
3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores ranged from 7 to 23 and were mild to moderate;
4. Discontinuation of other therapies during the course of this study;
1. Exclusion of organic psychiatric disorders;
2. Schizophrenia bipolar disorder and other psychiatric disorders; somatic disorders such as thyroid function Mental disorders induced by decreased energy, drugs or other active and non-addictive substances;
3. Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
4. Those who are susceptible to infection and bleeding.
5. There are serious suicide attempts and perpetrators.
