1. Outpatients and inpatients with pathologically diagnosed malignant tumors
2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score =8 and < 24;
3. Age =18 years old;
4. Primary school education or above;
5. KPS = 60 ;
6. The expected overall survival is more than 3 months;
7. Signed informed consent.
1. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score < 8 and =24;
2. Patients with suicidal motive and suicidal tendency;
3. Patients in critical condition in advanced stage or expected overall survival less than 3 months;
4. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, delirium, or mental illness;
5. Patients can not cooperate with the treatment or pregnant women;
6. Patients with hearing disabilities.
