- •patients with AECOPD who are candidate for Noninvasive mechanical ventilation
- •no contraindication of NIV
排除标准
- •cardiovascular diseases
- •allergy to theophylline or aminophylline
- •gastric ulcer
- •pnuemonia according to chest x-ray
- •facial or chest deformity
- •pregnancy and lactation
- •pneumothorax
- •recent use of theophylline
