Inclusion Criteria
1 ASA-I, II and III.
2 Either sex.
3 Age group 1 month to 8 years.
4 Elective and emergency surgeries.
5 Under general anaesthesia using uncuffed endotracheal tube
Exclusion Criteria
1 Age group < 1 months and > 8 years.
2 ASA IV and above.
3 Difficult airways.
4 Tracheostomy in situ.
5 Head and neck surgery.
6 Nasogastric tube in situ before induction of anaesthesia
7 Upper respiratory tract infection like fever, cough, rhinorrhea, croup, sore throat, hoarseness of voice.
8 Patients with poor lung compliance.

Name Time Method The amount of leak around uncuffed endotracheal tube in children when the size selection is as per modified Coleâ??s formula and anaesthesiologist discretion. <br/ ><br>To correlate the postoperative airway morbidity with leak pressure.Timepoint: Just after intubation and immediate postextubation period till 2 hours.

Name Time Method Assessment the utility of leak pressure testing by palpation, auscultation and constant flow method. <br/ ><br>Assessment of inter observer variability.Timepoint: Leak around uncuffed endotracheal tube at the time of intubation.
