- •1 ASA-I, II and III.
- •2 Either sex.
- •3 Age group 1 month to 8 years.
- •4 Elective and emergency surgeries.
- •5 Under general anaesthesia using uncuffed endotracheal tube
排除标准
- •1 Age group < 1 months and > 8 years.
- •2 ASA IV and above.
- •3 Difficult airways.
- •4 Tracheostomy in situ.
- •5 Head and neck surgery.
- •6 Nasogastric tube in situ before induction of anaesthesia
- •7 Upper respiratory tract infection like fever, cough, rhinorrhea, croup, sore throat, hoarseness of voice.
- •8 Patients with poor lung compliance.
