Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia using endotracheal tube
  • - Estimate operative time > 120 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

  • - Laparoscopic surgery
  • - Neck surgery
  • - Patients who had cough cv sore throat before operation
  • - Need nasogastric tube injection
  • - Intubotion more than 1 attemp
  • - Difficult intubotion
  • - Patient who are to return endotracheal tube after operation
  • - Operative time < 120 minutes
