Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia using endotracheal tube
- •- Estimate operative time > 120 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Laparoscopic surgery
- •- Neck surgery
- •- Patients who had cough cv sore throat before operation
- •- Need nasogastric tube injection
- •- Intubotion more than 1 attemp
- •- Difficult intubotion
- •- Patient who are to return endotracheal tube after operation
- •- Operative time < 120 minutes
