Inclusion Criteria
1. Age between 18-70 yr.
2. All consenting patients presenting to surgery OPD in a given duration of time with evidence of inguinal hernia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Recurrent hernia
2.Previous lower abdominal surgery
3.Unable to participate in follow up
4.ASA more than 3
5.Hernia with complications like obstructed, irreducible and strangulated.
6.Patient unfit for laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
7.BMI >35 kg/m2
8.Patient with the seropositive status of HIV, HBsAg, and anti HCV
