Inclusion Criteria

Patients identified with CKD Stages 3 & 4 [15 < GFR < 60 mL/min per 1·73 m²]

Patients identified with nephropathy (Diabetics or Hypertensive nephropathy)

Age ranging from 35 to 60 from both gender

Willingness to participate in a 12 - week yoga program

Exclusion Criteria

Persons identified / diagnosed with;

Genetic kidney diseases,

Inflammatory or Infectious type nephropathy (Glomerulonephritis, SLE, M - Nephropathy / Pyelonephritis, PIGN, etc)

Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension, Morbid obesity,

Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)

Persons identified with renal carcinoma, polycystic kidney disease, UTI, Kidney stones

Severe cognitive decline, immobilized or severe mobility restriction

Persons identified with any other serious problem that can confound the outcome data
