1.People with BMI between 23 â?? 32 Kg/m2.
2.Overweight or Obesity with no co-morbidities or with controlled hypertension (BP<= 140/90 with or without medications) and/or controlled Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (FBS<= 126mg/dl and PPBS<= 200mg/dl with or without medications),Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
3.People not practiced yoga before or stopped yoga since last one year.
People with obesity since childhood
Overweight or Obesity with Hypothyroidism
Morbidly obese people
Overweight or Obesity with hypertension (BP > 140/90mmHg), DM Type 2 (FBS > 126mg/dl and PPBS > 200mg/dl)
Diagnosed with any genetic syndromes causing obesity
People doing yoga since last 1 year
On medication that can increase weight
Unwilling to participate
Having any neuropsychiatric illness
Individuals on insulin, steroids or hormone replacement therapy
