•To be involved in the patient group (group A), participants must have end stage osteoarthritis refractory to medical and other nonsurgical treatments, who are candidates for interventions such as elective TJR. For involvement in the physiotherapist group (group B), participants must be physiotherapist with at least three years of working experience in either the management of TJR patients or research involving TJR patients. In the orthopedic surgeons group (group C), participants will be included if they state at least three years of experience in hip or knee TJR surgery or research including TJR patients.

•Participants of group A, B or C will be excluded, if:
•1\. They do not fill out at least 80 percent of the survey.
•2\. They are not identifiable as members of one of the three groups.
•Participants of group A) will be excluded, if:
•1\. They have a Knee or Hip TJR due to an accident or non\-degenerative illness.
•2\. If they currently have a major complication after knee or hip TJR.
•Participants of group B) and C) will be excluded, if:
•1\. They are not familiar with the management or research in TJR patients.
•2\. They do not have at least three years of work experience.
