- •ASA grade I and II
- •Patients having inferolateral bladder tumor
- •scheduled for transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).
排除标准
- •Surgery duration above 2 hours
- •Preexisting sensory/motor deficit
- •Hypertension
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Coagulopathy
- •Haemodynamically unstable
- •Infection at injection site
- •Refuse to sign the consent
- •Patients having any absolute
- •contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
- •Any allergy to local anaesthetic
