Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade I and II
  • •Patients having inferolateral bladder tumor
  • •scheduled for transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Surgery duration above 2 hours
  • •Preexisting sensory/motor deficit
  • •Hypertension
  • •Diabetes mellitus
  • •Coagulopathy
  • •Haemodynamically unstable
  • •Infection at injection site
  • •Refuse to sign the consent
  • •Patients having any absolute
  • •contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
