Janusandhi shoola (pain)
Sandhi shotha(swelling)
Vata purna druti sparsh(crepitus)
Prasaran akunchan swedana( pain extension flexion
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having other joint deformities
Neoplasm
Fracture of knee joint
Permenent joint damage
Known cases of HIV DM pulmonary TB paralysis pregnency
