Inclusion Criteria
Patient aged between 18-70 years.
Patient fit for matra basti procedure.
Patient not having any oil allergy .
Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria for insomnia.
Patient of insomnia with controlled hypertension,mild depression and anxiety disorders without any complaints of any other major diseases.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having allergy with oil application especially through anal route.
Patient having any severe psychiatric disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).
Pregnant and lactating women.
Patient with other complications of the disease or systemic involvements, which interfere with the treatment were excluded.
