入选标准
- •Patient aged between 18-70 years.
- •Patient fit for matra basti procedure.
- •Patient not having any oil allergy .
- •Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria for insomnia.
- •Patient of insomnia with controlled hypertension,mild depression and anxiety disorders without any complaints of any other major diseases.
排除标准
- •Patient having allergy with oil application especially through anal route.
- •Patient having any severe psychiatric disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patient with other complications of the disease or systemic involvements, which interfere with the treatment were excluded.
