Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •In\-patient Primi mothers.
- •Primi mothers who delivered healthy new\-borns with any type of delivery. (Normal/C\-section)
- •Primi mothers proficient in English, Malayalam or Kannada.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Primi mothers delivering twins/ triplets.
- •Multiparous mothers.
- •Primi mothers with a significant history of obstetric, medical, or psychological problems.
- •Primi\-mothers who are health professionals.
