Inclusion Criteria

Having the right information from the person;
Satisfaction to participate in the research project;
Age range from 20 to 50 years;
Confirmation of MS by a neurologist;
Ability to walk independently;
Having a Physical Disability Scale (EDSS) between 0 and 4;
The least Literacy for reading and writing;
Ability to understand Persian language conversation;
Lack of severe and acute stage of the disease.

Exclusion Criteria

Inability to participate in exercise program with the desired time and intensity;
Lack of access to the correct desired information;
Acute illness;
Drug addiction;
Taking immunosuppressive drugs;
Dissatisfaction to participate in research.
