Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age from 35 to 75 years old at the time of registration,
- •2\. Being diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type I or II,
- •3\. Having Hb A1C more than or equal to 7,
- •4\. living in his/her village more than 1 year,
- •5\. willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having complications including chronic kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy, cardiovascular disease, nerve damage, other problems with feet, and mental health,
- •2\. Could not using Thai language communication,
- •3\. Limitation of physical activity,
- •4\. Risk for exercise as recommendation,
- •5\. Having dementia, COPD, any cancer, or being in end of life period
