Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •women aged 40 to 60 years, monthly household income below 50% of the national median income, and those who understood the purpose of the research and voluntarily agreed to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those with cognitive impairment such as dementia
- •Those who take cognitive function improvement drugs
- •Those who are eligible for health insurance
- •Those with neuropsychiatric medical history or currently taking neuropsychiatric drugs
- •Those who are taking drugs that affect the central nervous system and learning ability
- •Those who have recently been advised to prohibit exercise from a specialist
