• patients over 50 years (> 50 years) with severe osteoporotic fractures (hip, vertebral, rib, Humeral, pelvic fractures) hospitalized in the Nîmes University Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

• patient under 50 years
• Non osteoporotic fractures
