full term pregnancy(38 to 42 weeks)
ASA grade2
primi gravida
age <35years
cervical dialation 3-5 cm
uncomplicated pregnancy in vertex presentation
Exclusion Criteria
Gestational Diabetes
preterm labour
breech presentation
bad obstetric history
PIH
postmaturity of foetus
APGAR <7

Name Time Method Onset of analgesiaTimepoint: Time lapsed between 1st bolus dose to that of achieving VAS 3; <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Duration of analgesia <br/ ><br>APGAR outcome <br/ ><br>Side effects <br/ ><br>Patient satisfaction.Timepoint: Duration of analgesia- time od administration of study drug untill the time of demand of top up for the 1st time. <br/ ><br>APGAR - At 1min and 5 min after the delivery. <br/ ><br>Side effects- pruritus, nausea, vomiting, weakness in the limbs, hypersensitivity reaction. <br/ ><br>Patient satisfaction - After the delivery.
