full term pregnancy(38 to 42 weeks)

ASA grade2

primi gravida

age <35years

cervical dialation 3-5 cm

uncomplicated pregnancy in vertex presentation

Exclusion Criteria

Gestational Diabetes

preterm labour

breech presentation

bad obstetric history

PIH

postmaturity of foetus

APGAR <7
