Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing open gynecologic surgery, 2.General anesthesia and quadratus lumborum block, 3.ASA Physical Status Classification status 1- 2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Chronic pain syndrome, 2.Chronic kidney disease stage 3 - 5, 3.Liver impairments, 4.Coagulopathy and Thrombocytopenia, 5.Obesity, BMI more than 35
