Inclusion Criteria

•American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I-III

•Patients scheduled to undergo surgery of the elbow, forearm, wrist, or hand under brachial plexus block (BPB).

Exclusion Criteria

1. Contraindication to peripheral nerve blocks.

2. Patients with pre-existing neuropathy.

3. Prior surgery of the infraclavicular fossa.

4. Pregnancy.

5.Body mass index of more than 30 kg/m².

6. Coagulopathies.
