1. aged 18 to 85 years;
2. paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, frequency of onset >=2 times/month or persistent atrial fibrillation (at least one electro cardiogram diagnosis);
3. TCM syndrome differentiation and typing is qi-yin deficiency type;
4. Have a correct understanding of the significance of the study, good compliance with the observation and evaluation of the researchers, voluntary clinical trials and fill in consent form.
1. A patient with severe lung, liver, renal insufficiency, hematopoietic system or severe cardiac dysfunction (grade NYHA IV);
2. Mental illness and poor control;
3. Patients with heart rate less than 50 beats per minute (e.g. sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular or chamber block, pacemakers to be installed);
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. End-stage cachexia in malignant tumors.
