Patients who undergo Treatment in the Atrial fibrillation unit
> 18 years, existence of informed consent and signed consent document

Exclusion Criteria

Patients < 18 years, patients who can't understand the study documents, patients who don't sign the informed consent form

Primary Outcome Measures

Morbidity and Mortality (cause of death), follow up 12 months, any recurrence of arrhythmia, Major complications (Stroke, Bleeding, Myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism)

Follow up of 30 days: cardiac complications (MACCE) Coronary artery disease, Stroke, TIA, pulmonary embolism), any recurrence of arrhythmia with Patient oriented combined endpoints, anticoagulation related complication (severe bleeding)
